Apedia provides a platform for digital note-taking and organization. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not use Apedia for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. User Content & Privacy

Your notes belong to you. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service.

However, by using Apedia, you grant us the right to host, store, and backup your content specifically to provide the service to you. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Apedia are provided as part of a paid subscription ("Premium").

• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
• No Refunds: As outlined in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital content and subscriptions are final.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of Apedia.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Apedia is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall Apedia, its founder Abhishek Anand, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our site or via email.
