All three statements are correct. According to the Junagadh rock inscription, Sudarshan Lake was constructed by Pushyagupta, the provincial governor of Chandragupta Maurya. It was heavily repaired and rebuilt by Rudradaman (around 150 AD) after a storm, and centuries later, it was repaired again during the reign of Skandagupta by his governor Parnadatta.
