This award, instituted by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW), recognizes PPA's exceptional leadership in cleanliness, sustainability, and large-scale community participation. The honor highlights the port's role as a benchmark for the "Clean India Mission" in the maritime sector.

40,000 Saplings at Paradip Sea Beach
1. Jan Bhagidari (Public Participation)
Large-scale involvement through cyclothons, Swachhata Raths, and rallies across heritage sites, schools, and beaches. The campaign "Ek Din Ek Ghanta Ek Saath" encouraged every citizen to contribute to port-wide cleanliness.
2. Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam (Green Initiative)
A massive afforestation drive that transformed barren areas into green zones. To celebrate the Prime Minister's birthday, 40,000 saplings were planted under the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0" campaign at Paradip Sea Beach.
3. Safai Mitra Suraksha (Worker Welfare)
Focusing on the dignity and safety of sanitation workers. This included regular medical check-ups, insurance support, and formal recognition ceremonies to honor their contribution to the Swachh Bharat Mission.
- End Plastic Pollution: Targeted awareness against single-use plastics through cotton bag distribution and street theatre.
- Scrap to Structure: Creative reuse of metal and industrial scrap to build aesthetic public installations.
- Special Campaign 5.0: Renovation of the Administrative Building and disposal of redundant files to optimize workspace.
